My name is Laura McKenna. I am a certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and a Level 1 and Level 2 Nutrition and Behavior Change Coach through Precision Nutrition. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology. My passion is to help you transform your life one step at a time.
